Paper Flowers

Paper flowers are great for tons of different craft ideas; cards, wreaths, décor. Mine will be going onto a bridal shower. This is a cheap way to add a unique touch to your crafts.

To start, make sure that your paper is two sided and pick the colors that you love.

Cut a spiral scalloped circle. You don’t really want any less than ½ inch between each because the flower will be too tightly bound.  That was simple enough.

Next you want to start folding from the outside in. I like to hold mine between my index finger and thumb then wrap it all around. Keep the wrap tight but do not worry if it is a little loose because we will release it later.

Once you have it tightly rolled you can start to release it SLOWLY until your flower looks the way that you want it too.

To hold it together I use hot glue. Glue the center of the flower to bottom and hold it in place until the glue dries. Now you can apply it to whatever craft you are attempting! Great work!
